SAN JOSE, Calif. - A drunken man broke into a small airport and tried to fill up his car's gas tank with jet fuel, police said. Police arrested the man, 20, on Sunday night for driving while intoxicated and attempted theft. The man probably wasn't trying to save money.

The aviation fuel in the pumps used for aircraft and race cars, was going for $5.97 a gallon, accessed by a credit card, authorities said.

“We've had people try and steal gas here in the past,” said Jim Meide, who works in operations at the county-run Reid-Hillview Airport in East San Jose.

Gumball 3000 is coming to San Francisco

Make no plans for August 9th!  Get down to Nob Hill in San Francisco and watch the Gumball rally set off on what is guaranteed to be it's most exciting adventure yet.

The day starts at 10am (US time), there will be 120 super luxury custom and concept cars on display along with celebrities including David Hasslehoff, Travis Barker and Cheeta, the world's oldest non-human primate!

There will also be Puma and Gumball Apparel merchandise stalls and a huge LCD screen so that you don't miss any of the entertainment.

The start flag will drop at 1pm and all the Gumballers will make their way through the 50 foot starting towers and begin their 6000 mile tour across the globe.

Admission is free, so come down and catch a rare glimpse of some of the worlds most expensive and exclusive cars all together in one spectacular setting.
